We strive to provide the most enjoyable experience for anyone who wishes to join our community! However, like every family, there are house rules to ensure that every member are given the opportunity to experience the best that we can offer and to leave with an unforgettable memory.
We strive to deliver all our products as promised based on the allocated scheduled timing, however, we do not guarantee supply or delivery on the exact time and day as traffic and/or other conditions will vary greatly on a daily basis.
We are not liable for any misdelivery caused by the provision of inaccurate information (address, contact number, etc) by the customers.
Number of Produce & Weight
Due to the large variance of unit weights found in some types of produce, the exact number of produce and weight in boxes may not exactly match what was ordered.
A tolerance of up to 100 grams +/- should be expected in weighed produce items.
Wherever possible we will endeavour to balance under supply on one item with over supply of others, so box/bag value remains similar.
Any form of payments done for the purpose of purchasing our product must be provided with a stable reference number.
We take no responsibility for payment that cannot be traced to a customer.
Due to the small-scale growers of our products we need to order in advance, and are unable to guarantee acceptance of order cancellations once we've placed orders with our suppliers.
Lighthouse / Drop Sites
Boxes/Bags must be picked up on the designated delivery day within the specified pickup time. It is completely at the host's discretion as to whether they can accommodate late pickups. Customers that miss the specified pickup time are not eligible for credits. Our hosts donate leftover boxes to service organizations and families in need to ensure that no food is wasted.
Currently, we do not offer any form of refund. However, we do allow for you to make a postponement of your order up to a maximum of 1 time before forfeiting your payment.
If you are signed up to a drop site, you agree to pick up your box on your designated delivery day within the specified pickup times.
It is completely at the host’s discretion as to whether they can accommodate late pickups. Customers that miss the pick up time are not eligible for refunds.
We try to guarantee the accuracy of all information in this website however this website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any endorsement or representation made and we make no warranties of any kind in relation to the Everleaf Eco Solutions Sdn Bhd website.
